No, not in some Brokeback Mountain way...
I got a new wardrobe! Well, not really... I got the beginnings of a new wardrobe! Damn clothes are expensive!! It cost me 3/4 of a MacBook and all I got were 2 pairs of jeans, 4 tee shirts, 3 collared shirts, and one pair of shoes. It's all "designer" stuff, that's why it's so damn expensive.
Why the change? Aimee (and even some of my guy friends) were starting to be a bit embarrassed for me by the way I dress. Hell, even I was embarrassed! It's not that I wanted to look bad... I just knew it would be expensive and to be honest, I find it difficult to clothes shop for myself because I don't have a good sense of style.
Aimee provided the motivation to just accept that I would have to drop a decent chunk of change. The fashion sense was provided by Brandon of Nordstroms... who looks exactly like Jake Gyllenhaal (maybe crossed with a little Toby Meguire). He was super helpful and was very honest about what worked and didn't work on me.
I'm really glad I have some decent clothes to go out in now... but honestly, I can't stop thinking about the money thing... it's plaguing me.

It's about freaking time! Since I'm slightly OCD about this stuff you must list exactly what you got. I just got a pair of Allen-Edmonds shoes courtesy of my lovely wife for my bday. :)
